Perhaps the luckiest thing we get to do is data recovery from old or broken PC's and laptops.  Some files and photos are irreplaceable. 

 

ABOUT US

Matrix - All Things Digital is a small family owned business based in Howlong NSW.  We concentrate on servicing homes and businesses along the Murray river from Cobram to Albury/Wodonga and believe our level of customer service is what sets us apart from the competition.

As locals we understand the unique requirements of our customers and believe strongly in shopping locally and giving back to the community.  We provide free I.T. support to several local not-for-profit organisations including The Grapevine and the Howlong Lions club.

Originally founded as a computer service business we have recently started offering telecommunications services such as the NBN and mobile phone plans.  This decision was primarily made after hearing about the predatory practices of NBN salespeople towards some of the elderly in our community however it also gives you the opportunity to help stem the flow of money out of rural areas.

​

Perhaps above all we pride ourselves on understanding the needs of the older members of our community and providing them with a level of service that is second to none.  Our NBN plans are actually designed to be more simple to understand for that very reason.
